All ceramic bearing of SiC has better performance than ZrO2 as working temperature reached to 1200°C, the corrosion resistance is much higher, and the anti-HF is much higher. It could be used in more awful working enviroment.

 

We have 2 types of ceramic bearing

hybrid ceramic bearing: has steel inner and outer rings with ceramic balls,  full ceramic bearing: the inner, outer rings and the balls are made of ceramic

 

There are many kinds of ceramic materials, the most common ceramic materials are Si3N4 that stands for the silicon nitride ceramic material and is black colored, SiC stands for the silicon carbide material and also is black colored. and the ZrO2 that stands for the zirconium dioxide, also known as zirconia or zirconium oxide, they are white colored, a ZrO2 ball looks exactly like a pearl. the ceramic material is not stronger than steel, but ceramic bearing are lighter and have lower friction than steel, that makes ceramic bearing go faster with lower heat generated.

Packing: 

Bearing packing divided into inner packing and outer packing. 

According to rust phase inner packing to be divided inter three classes: 

(1)short of rust phase inner packing:rust phase 3-6 months,apply to in the short term and put into use bearing. 

(2)general antirust packing period:rust phase one year,apply to general purpose bearing. 

(3)long term of rust phase inner packing:rust phase two years,apply to special and precision bearing

Payment: A:30% deposit By T/T, Western Union, Paypal, 70% before delivery. B:100% L/C at sight
