Bearing uc206 installation
1. To install the shaft bearing, must pull off the bearing sleeve fixed pin, while make the shaft neck surface smooth and clean, and in the shaft neck oiler and lubrication ( to allow the bearing on the shaft to rotate a little ).
2. Coated lubricating oil in the bearing seat and the bearing surface , arranged the bearing in a bearing seat. Then assembled together the bearing and the bearing seat ,push to the desired location for installation
3. Fixed bearing seat bolt but not to tighten, let the bearing in the bearing seat can rotate. Also install bearing and the other end seat on the same shaft , rotate the shaft several times, make the bearing itself automatically aligning position. Then fasten the bearing seat.
4. Eccentric sleeve. Put the eccentric sleeve on the inner sleeve of the eccentric step, and hand along the direction of rotation of the shaft to tighten. Then the small iron insert or withstand the eccentric sleeve on the sink hole with hammer along the direction of rotation of the shaft on small iron. The eccentric sleeve is firmly installed, the last lock on the eccentric sleeve in six hexagon screw.
